Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and academically strong Computer Science Faculty member to teach and mentor students in computer science, programming, computational thinking, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will bring strong subject expertise, practical application knowledge, and a student-centered teaching approach.

The faculty member will play a key role in developing technology-driven learning experiences, guiding student projects, and fostering innovation and curiosity among learners.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities

- Teach Computer Science and related subjects across middle school, high school, or senior secondary levels as applicable
- Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and school philosophy
- Teach programming languages, computational thinking, algorithms, databases, networking, and emerging technologies
- Conduct practical sessions, coding labs, projects, and assessments
- Support students in research, innovation, competitions, and project-based learning
- Maintain academic records, assessments, and student progress reports

Technology & Innovation

- Encourage students to participate in coding challenges, hackathons, STEM initiatives, and innovation programs
- Integrate AI, robotics, computational tools, and modern technologies into learning where applicable
- Guide students on ethical and responsible use of technology
- Support interdisciplinary technology initiatives within the school

Student Development

- Mentor students academically and personally
- Promote critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Support differentiated instruction for diverse learning needs
- Foster an engaging and inclusive classroom environment

Collaboration & School Participation





- Collaborate with faculty members on curriculum planning and interdisciplinary projects
- Participate in school events, workshops, training programs, and parent interactions
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

- M.E. in Computer Science / M.Tech in Computer Science / PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience preferred
- Experience in international schools, progressive schools, or technology-integrated learning environments is an advantage
- Strong subject knowledge and practical programming skills

Preferred Technical Skills

- Programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript
- Computational thinking and problem-solving
- AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Robotics exposure preferred
- Database management and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with coding platforms, LMS tools, and educational technology
