Job Description

1. Command & Control Room Operations

- Operate and monitor the Command & Control Room on a 24/7 shift basis.
- Maintain situational awareness through surveillance systems and communication channels.

. CCTV Monitoring & Surveillance

- Monitor CCTV cameras in real-time to detect suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrol reviews and playback footage when required

Access Control Management

- Monitor and manage access control systems (card readers, biometric systems, turnstile gates).
- Authorize or deny access based on established protocols.

Physical Security

- Support physical security operations including perimeter security and internal controls.
- Assist in incident management such as theft, trespassing, fire alarms, and emergencies.

Security Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate and timely security logs, incident reports, and shift handover notes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and incident-specific security reports.
- Document SOP deviations, system faults, and corrective actions

Job Requirements

Education

- Minimum: Graduate any stream
- Preferred: Certification or diploma in Security Management or related field

Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in security operations




- Minimum 2–3 years in a Command & Control Room or CCTV monitoring role
- Experience in access control systems and physical security operations
