Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to expand our HoReCa business by acquiring and managing Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, and Cloud Kitchens. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire current HoReCa clients and develop long-term business relationships.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.




- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in HoReCa, FMCG, or Hospitality.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

- Existing network within the HoReCa industry.
- Excellent presentation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
