*Eligibility Criteria*

* Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

* Freshers are Welcome

* Prior experience in Telecalling/Telesales is preferred but not mandatory

*Job Responsibilities*

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Explain company products and services effectively

Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities

Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending cases

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

Coordinate with internal teams whenever required

*Required Skills*

✔ Excellent communication skills





✔ Robust persuasion and negotiation abilities

✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)

✔ Good listening and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
