About Us

B&Y; Technologies is a growing digital marketing company offering services such as Website Development, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and more. We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit client locations to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and approach potential clients through field sales activities
- Explain company products and digital marketing services effectively
- Generate leads through direct interaction and market research
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities




- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Must own a 2-wheeler for client visits
- Must have a personal laptop
- Fluent in Tamil and English
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently in a field sales role

Preferred Skills

- Experience in digital marketing sales is an added advantage
- Basic understanding of online marketing services
- Good presentation and client-handling skills
