1. Machine Operation

● Operate CVD diamond growth machines in accordance with standard operating procedures.

● Start, stop, and monitor microwave plasma reactors during diamond growth cycles.

● Maintain stable process parameters including microwave power, chamber pressure, gas flow, and substrate temperature.

2. Process Monitoring

● Continuously monitor machine parameters such as:

● Forward and reflected microwave power

● Vacuum pressure

● Gas flow rates (Hydrogen, Methane, etc.)

● Identify and promptly report abnormal operating conditions.

3. Substrate Preparation

● Load and unload diamond seeds or substrates into the vacuum chamber.

● Ensure substrates are properly cleaned and positioned before growth cycles.

4. Quality Control

● Inspect grown diamonds for defects, uniformity, and contamination.

● Maintain accurate process logs and production records.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
