Key Responsibilities

- Create a safe, happy, and stimulating classroom environment for young learners.
- Plan and conduct engaging, activity-based lessons aligned with Early Childhood Education principles.
- Develop children's communication, social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills.
- Use storytelling, phonics, music, art & craft, games, and hands-on activities to make learning enjoyable.
- Maintain classroom discipline with a positive and nurturing approach.
- Observe and assess each child's developmental progress and maintain appropriate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom displays.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, parent meetings, and career development programs.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children at all times.

Eligibility

- Graduate with ECCEd / D.Ed. (ECE)



/ Montessori / NTT qualification.
- B.Ed. will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in a reputed Pre-Primary/International School.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and relevant qualifications may also apply.

Skills Required

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and child-handling skills.
- Knowledge of phonics and activity-based learning.
- Creative, energetic, patient, and compassionate personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and digital teaching tools).
