Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients to create a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
- Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive client acquisition.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction, and foster loyalty.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and keep a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of proven success in domestic business development within the IT, SaaS, or IT services sector.
- Candidates with an Engineering, BBA, or MBA degree are preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi (C1/C2 level proficiency)
- Strong knowledge of lead generation, marketing, and client acquisition techniques.
- A proactive, goal-oriented individual with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
