Key Responsibilities

- Build AI-powered applications using LLMs and modern AI frameworks
- Develop agentic workflows, tool-calling systems, and autonomous AI solutions
- Design and implement RAG pipelines and retrieval systems
- Integrate AI systems with backend services and enterprise workflows
- Work on prompt engineering, evaluation, testing, and optimization
- Build APIs and scalable backend services using Python
- Deploy and monitor AI applications in production environments
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or related fields
- Solid Python programming skills
- Experience building LLM-based applications or AI agents
- Understanding of: RAG architectures, Vector databases and embeddings, Prompt engineering, Tool calling and function calling, Multi-agent workflows
- Experience with one or more:



Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI, AutoGen, Llama Index, Open AI APIs, Hugging Face
- Experience building APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently Good to Have
- Experience with Voice AI, STT/TTS systems
- Docker, cloud deployment, and GPU infrastructure
- Open-source contributions or hackathon projects
- AI evaluation and observability experience
- Familiarity with modern AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
