HR & People Operations

Experience: 5–8 Years

This designation reflects a strategic and operational HR leadership role within a diagnostic centre.

The role includes:

- Lead the end-to-end HR function across the diagnostic centre.
- Act as the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for department heads and management.
- Drive manpower planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce optimization.
- Oversee performance management, KPI/KRA implementation, and employee development.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws), and HRMS.
- Build employee engagement, retention, recognition, and learning & development initiatives.
- Partner with Reception, Lab, Radiology, MRI, Home Collection, Corporate, Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth people operations.




- Support operational excellence by improving workflows, productivity, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Ensure audit readiness for NABL, NABH, PNDT, AERB, Biomedical Waste, and other healthcare quality standards.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, HR analytics, MIS dashboards, and people strategies.
- Report directly to the General Manager / Director and contribute to organizational planning and business growth.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
