Reports To: Report to CRM Executive & Coordinator (Product)

Job Overview: The Product Inside Sales is the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating enquiries, converting leads into confirmed product orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction and sales target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Report daily, manage CRM tasks, and complete pending follow-ups before generating new leads.
- Handle enquiries from online channels, databases, references, and assigned accounts.
- Conduct customer calls with proper introduction, requirement understanding, and product explanation.
- Maintain updated product knowledge, attend training, and monitor competitor trends.
- Convert enquiries into orders, coordinate quotations, payment follow-ups, and dispatch.




- Coordinate with Purchase and Warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain daily and weekly sales reports, track enquiries, orders, revenue, and forecast opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and monitor market intelligence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling / Lead Conversion /Marketing
- Welcome for the Fresher Candidate

Job timing - 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working location – Canal Road, Palanpur, Surat, Gujarat
