We are seeking a motivated Junior Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, developing, and improving mechanical products and processes while ensuring quality, functionality, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop new engineering products and manufacturing processes.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models, drawings, and assemblies using CAD software.
- Analyze prototype performance, conduct testing, and implement design improvements as required.
- Research innovative product concepts, materials, and engineering methods.
- Improve existing products and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation, drawings, and design records.
- Develop user-friendly, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible design solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and project updates.
- Identify engineering challenges and develop practical, creative,



and innovative design solutions.

Education & Qualifications

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or
- B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, or
- M.E. / M.Tech. in CAD/CAM or a related specialization.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in mechanical product design or a related engineering role.

Freshers with robust CAD skills and relevant project experience may also be considered.

Preferred Skills

- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, GD&T;, and engineering standards.
- Good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and engineering practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
