Position Summary

Eagleton The Golf Resort is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented F&B; Associate with 3+ years of experience in hotels or resorts. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure smooth restaurant operations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver professional and personalized food & beverage service to guests.
- Welcome guests, present menus, and recommend food and beverage options.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and maintain restaurant, banquet, and outdoor dining setups.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Process guest bills accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards at all times.
- Assist in banquet events, weddings, conferences, and special functions.




- Follow resort SOPs and contribute to achieving high guest satisfaction scores.
- Support supervisors in maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service at a hotel, resort, or premium restaurant.

Key Skills

- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and etiquette.
- Familiarity with POS systems and billing procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and professional grooming.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
