Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in North America (US) Payroll, Absence Management, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules, gathering business requirements, supporting implementations, and delivering high-quality Oracle HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud US Payroll for North America.
- Configure earning elements, deduction codes, payroll balances, tax setups, payroll relationships, and payroll processing.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Absence Management, including absence plans, absence types, absence codes, accrual plans, and leave policies.
- Configure Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), including time entry rules, overtime rules, work schedules, approval workflows, and time card processing.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Perform functional configuration, gap analysis, solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), and production support.
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, data migration,



and reporting requirements.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

- 4–15 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM North America/US Payroll.
- Experience configuring:
- Earning Elements
- Deduction Codes
- Tax Setups
- Payroll Balances
- Payroll Processing
- Robust experience with Oracle Fusion Absence Management.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), including overtime rules and time management configuration.
- Experience with requirement gathering, functional configuration, UAT, and production support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
- Knowledge of Fast Formula, HDL, HCM Extracts, and Payroll Integrations.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience working with North American payroll compliance and statutory requirements.
