Job Summary

The Soft Service Executive is responsible for supervising and ensuring the efficient delivery of soft services, including housekeeping, pantry, landscaping, pest control, and waste management. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction while managing service staff and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day housekeeping and other soft service operations.
- Ensure all areas are clean, hygienic, and maintained according to company standards.
- Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.
- Coordinate with vendors for pest control, landscaping, and waste management services.
- Ensure adequate availability of cleaning materials and consumables.
- Address client complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Train housekeeping staff on SOPs, safety practices, and customer service.
- Support cost control by optimizing manpower and consumable usage.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Facility Management, or a related field.




- Certification in Housekeeping or Facility Management is an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management.
- Experience in managing housekeeping teams and client sites is preferred.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
