Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule interviews with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate salary within approved budgets.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate database.

2. Employee Onboarding & Induction

- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Complete joining formalities.
- Create employee files and update HRMS records.
- Coordinate employee ID cards, uniforms, and other joining requirements.

3. HR Operations & Administration

- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, leave, and incentives.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Maintain employee personal files and documentation.




- Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, warning letters, and experience letters.

4. Employee Relations

- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
- Promote positive employee engagement.
- Conduct employee counseling when required.
- Support disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.

5. Performance Management

- Assist in probation reviews and confirmation processes.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
- Monitor employee performance and training needs.

6. Training & Development

- Identify training requirements.
- Organize internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training attendance and effectiveness records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
