Role – Assistant Manager: National Pension System (NPS)

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive business growth for National Pension System (NPS) through corporate and institutional tie-ups.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for NPS implementation and employee onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, HR teams, finance departments, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct presentations, awareness sessions, and training programs for corporate employees and channel partners.
- Manage end-to-end corporate onboarding and coordination with internal teams for smooth execution.
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with branches and sales teams for lead generation and NPS business expansion.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational guidelines related to NPS.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain MIS reports, sales pipeline, and business performance tracking.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Solid knowledge of National Pension System (NPS) products and processes.
- Experience in B2B sales and corporate relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and business development capabilities.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
