Key Responsibilities:
. Engage with clients to gather, understand, and document business requirement.
. Translate client needs into explicit functional specifications and actionable user stories
. Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and internal technical teams to ensure alignment
. Design and execute test plans and test cases to validate client requirements
. Perform manual testing to ensure high-quality, client-ready deliverables.
. Identify and report defects, ensuring timely resolution to meet client expectations
. Conduct regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with client-centric focus
. Ensure final solutions meet client goals, usability standards, and performance benchmarks
. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, use cases,



and acceptance criteria.
. Ensure requirements are traceable from analysis through implementation and testing.
. Support issue analysis, change requests, and enhancement initiatives.
. Maintain product documentation and knowledge repositories.

Preferrred Qualities:
. Experience working on ERP products.
. Domain knowledge of Financial Accounting Systems (FAS), Procurement, Inventory, or related ERP modules.
. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
. Strong ownership and accountability.
. Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
