We are hiring an Ads Consultant Associate to manage e-commerce sellers' advertising needs. You will optimize ad campaigns and provide light account management support.

Key Responsibilities

- Offer advertising support to registered e-commerce sellers.
- Monitor performance metrics of active advertisements.
- Solve seller and merchant issues with timely escalations.
- Maintain skilled written and oral communication.
- Work independently using departmental policies and resources.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Mandatory Bachelor’s degree (Management background preferred).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in Sales, E-commerce, Support, or Digital Ads.
- Languages: Mandatory proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of computers and the internet.
- Bonus: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Amazon Ads certification.

Shift: General (9:30 AM – 06:30 PM)

Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday off, alternate Saturdays off)
