About the Company
Rajat Ajmeraa Interiors is a premium residential interior design firm based in Pune, specializing in luxury homes and bespoke interiors. With 150+ successfully completed residential projects, we are growing our team and looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to support our recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and complete onboarding formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or Recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
