Note: Only candidates with Oil & Gas valve handling experience will be considered.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive/ Senior Executive – Pre-Sales (Export & Domestic) to manage customer enquiries, prepare techno-commercial quotations, coordinate order execution, and ensure seamless communication between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have experience in the valve, casting, machining, or engineering manufacturing industry with exposure to export and domestic business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Customer Support

- Handle domestic and international customer accounts.
- Respond to customer enquiries and prepare techno-commercial quotations (RFQs/RFPs).
- Negotiate pricing in coordination with management.
- Participate in customer portal bidding and monitor recent business opportunities.




- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Inform customers of any delays and provide revised delivery schedules for certain Key clients .
- Support after-sales activities and payment follow-up if required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
