Position: Area Manager
Department: Operations
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant outlets.

- Ensure high standards of guest service, food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.

- Monitor sales, profitability, and operational performance across assigned locations.

- Lead, train, and mentor Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.

- Control manpower, inventory, food cost, and operational expenses.

- Conduct regular outlet audits and implement corrective actions.

- Drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and business development initiatives.

- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Purchase departments for smooth operations.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.

- 5–12+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, with experience managing multiple outlets.

- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management systems.

Experience: Multi-unit restaurant operations preferred.
Salary: As per company standards.
