We are seeking a skilled and proactive L2 Endpoint Security qualified to drive the implementation, configuration, and deployment of enterprise-grade security solutions. In this critical, customer-facing role, you will safeguard digital environments by deploying and fine-tuning advanced defenses—ranging from EDR, XDR, and DLP to mobile device management and email security. If you possess a strong background in endpoint hardening, a thorough understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK; framework, and a commitment to high-quality project delivery, we want you to help secure our infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in enterprise security solution deployment projects.

- Knowledge of endpoint hardening and security baselines (CIS Benchmarks).

- Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK; framework and endpoint attack techniques.

- Experience with policy migration and endpoint agent rollout at scale.

- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or Python) is desirable.

- Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver endpoint security implementation projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Implement, configure, and deploy enterprise endpoint security solutions as per approved design.

- Implement and fine-tune policies for anti-malware, anti-ransomware, anti-APT, exploit prevention, behavioral analysis, application control, device control, and host firewall.

- Configure and deploy Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Threat Protection (MTP) solutions for enterprise mobility security.

- Implement proxy/web security solutions for URL filtering, web access control, and secure internet access.

- Configure and deploy Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies for endpoint, network, and cloud data protection.

- Support implementation of Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) solutions for data discovery, classification, and risk visibility.

- Deploy and configure email security solutions for anti-spam, anti-phishing, anti-malware, and advanced threat protection.

- Perform solution validation, functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production cutover activities.

- Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate with OEM Technical Assistance Centers (TAC) for issue resolution.

- Prepare implementation documents, configuration records, as-built documentation, and knowledge transfer documents.

- Participate in project planning, implementation workshops, and customer meetings.

- Ensure project deliverables comply with security standards, customer requirements, and best practices.
