Job Summary:

Agarwal Sweets is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to support our day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial documentation. We are looking for candidates who are committed to building a long-term career with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions accurately. Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries in the accounting system. Prepare bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations. Assist in GST preparation, filing, and statutory compliance. Follow up with showroom reports and ensure timely submission. Support outstanding receivables and vendor payment tracking. Maintain accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents. Assist in monthly closing activities and MIS report preparation. Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related information. Perform other accounts and finance-related duties assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
