We are looking for candidates from Bangalore and with relevant experience (Rework of SMT or THT components)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Should be capable to analyze the marked issues are acceptable or need to do rework for all SMT components.
- Placement and removal of BGAs
- Need to do re-balling for BGA manually

Requirements:

- 1+years in SMT/BGA Rework at any Electronics manufacturing company or EMS company
- Process knowledge on operating BGA Rework station (advantage)
- Experience in SMT Rework Re-balling, BGA component placement & removal and Rework station
- Knowledge on rework of all electronic components
- Ability to do manual rework

Note:

- All interviews will be conducted Face to Face (practical).
- We are located in Electronic City, Bangalore.




- We expect a long term commitment from the candidates.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
