Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and effective problem-solving within the team environment.

UI Expert (mandatory) with Java backend exposure(preferred). Skill set: React, Typescript, Java, Spring, Spring boot,
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable front-end architectures using React.js.
- Robust knowledge of component-based development and state management techniques.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and best practices in front-end development.
- Ability to integrate React.js applications with backend services and APIs.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues in React.js environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
