Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and passionate faculty members to teach and mentor students in various paramedical and healthcare-related degree programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and practical knowledge in healthcare, combined with a dedication to teaching and student development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and clinical demonstrations as per the academic schedule.

Prepare lesson plans, academic materials, and assessment tools in line with the curriculum.

Guide students in academic projects, seminars, and clinical postings.

Conduct internal assessments, evaluate performance, and maintain academic records.

Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies.

Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty meetings.

Mentor students in both academic and career development matters.





Engage in professional development and stay updated with industry trends.

Assist in organizing workshops, conferences, and student development activities.

Courses/Subjects May Include:

Medical Laboratory Technology

Radiology & Imaging Technology

Operation Theatre Technology

Dialysis Technology

Nursing Assistance

Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Microbiology, etc.

Qualifications:

Essential: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Paramedical/Health Science discipline (e.g., M.Sc./B.Sc. MLT, Radiology, etc.)

Strong communication skills and command of both theoretical and practical subjects.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
