Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, financial record maintenance, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and invoice processing. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/book records.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment processing and documentation.




- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
