Job Title: On-Ground Supervisor & Sales Executive

About the Project

We are developing a premium residential project in Alibaug, consisting of Studio Apartments and Row Houses. The role requires a dynamic individual who can supervise ongoing construction activities on-site while also handling sales enquiries, walk-in customers, and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Supervision

- Monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Track construction progress and report updates to management regularly.
- Check material deliveries, usage, and site housekeeping.
- Ensure safety practices and discipline are maintained at the site.
- Identify delays or issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.

Sales & Customer Handling

- Attend walk-in customers and provide project information.
- Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and possession timelines.
- Maintain a database of enquiries, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management and conversions.
- Assist customers with booking procedures and documentation.
- Support promotional activities and local marketing initiatives whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision and/or real estate sales.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Ability to handle both technical site responsibilities and customer interactions.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, WhatsApp, and basic reporting tools.
- Candidate should be willing to work full time at the Alibaug project site.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Presentable and customer-friendly personality.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Local candidates from Alibaug, Pen, Revdanda, or nearby areas will be preferred.

Working Conditions

- Location: Project Site – Alibaug
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Field Work: Yes (construction supervision and customer site visits)
