Your work profile

Client Consultation & Requirements Gathering

- Partner with clients to understand their business processes, financial operations, and existing technology landscape.
- Conduct discovery workshops and gather business requirements to design and implement ERP solutions aligned with customer needs.

ERP Implementation & Configuration

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including solution configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Configure financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Payments, and Financial Reporting.
- Coordinate system integrations with third-party applications and ensure successful implementation outcomes.

Business Process Transformation

- Analyze existing financial and operational processes and recommend best-practice ERP configurations to improve efficiency, controls, and reporting.
- Support clients in adopting standardized business processes and optimizing system utilization.

Product Expertise & Client Enablement

- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Deliver functional training and knowledge transfer sessions to end users and client stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on system capabilities, reporting, and process optimization while resolving functional issues during implementation.

Multi-Entity Accounting

- Configure ERP solutions to support organizations with multiple legal entities, business units, or subsidiaries.
- Ensure accurate financial consolidation, reporting, and compliance across entities.





Stakeholder Collaboration & Issue Resolution

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Project Management to resolve implementation challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for implementation-related activities and ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.

Solution Optimization & Best Practices

- Recommend industry best practices for ERP adoption and financial process improvement.
- Customize system configurations, workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet client-specific business requirements.

Continuous Improvement

- Capture customer feedback and implementation insights to support continuous enhancement of implementation methodologies and product capabilities.
- Contribute to process improvements, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and implementation documentation.
- Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and financial business processes.
- Solid understanding of US accounting principles, financial reporting, payroll, and taxation.
- Experience with ERP configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and user training.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced consulting setting.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with mid-market organizations and enterprise financial systems is preferred

Key skills required:

- Graduation is must (BA/BCOM/BAF or any other equivalent qualification) with 5- 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and financial business processes.
- Candidate should be flexible working in complete night shift
- Solid understanding of US accounting principles, financial reporting, payroll, and taxation.
- Experience with ERP configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and user training.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a rapid-paced consulting environment.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with mid-market organizations and enterprise financial systems is preferred.
