Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage front office, therapists, consultants, and support staff
- Ensure excellent client experience from inquiry to service completion
- Monitor appointments, follow-ups, and customer retention
- Drive center performance through goal setting and team motivation
- Coordinate with sales and consultation teams to support revenue targets
- Maintain basic reports on attendance, operations, and center performance
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and service quality standards
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Support hiring, training, and onboarding of clinic staff
