Vythiri Village is looking for a skilled and dedicated Commis – Garde Manger to join our F&B; Production team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in cold kitchen operations, food preparation, and maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Prepare cold kitchen items including salads, sandwiches, dressings and appetizers
- Assist Chef in daily food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ensure proper food presentation and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area and equipment
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients
- Support smooth kitchen operations during busy periods

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of Garde Manger / Cold Kitchen operations
- Valuable teamwork and communication skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
