This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and wants to build a well-rounded career spanning recruitment, HR operations, andpeople engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles — from raising the requisition to final onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and design effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), employee referrals, social media, and Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical interview rounds, run reference checks, and manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
- Build and continuously nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment KPIs — Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Cost-per-Hire, Hiring Efficiency — and prepare periodic recruitment MIS/reports.

Onboarding & HR Documentation

- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth and welcoming employee journey.
- Prepare and maintain HR letters and records,

including Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Experience/Relieving Letters, and personnel files.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS, including attendance, leave, probation, confirmations, and exit formalities.

HR Operations & Compliance

- Support the implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements across the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable Laws, and HR best practices.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes with professionalism and confidentiality.

Employee Engagement & Employer Branding

- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) programs, wellness activities, and corporate events.
- Support employer branding efforts and represent the organization's culture and values to prospective candidates.
- Stay updated on emerging recruitment trends, sourcing tools, and HR technologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment (mandatory).
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage the complete recruitment life cycle.

- Sound understanding of IT roles, technology stacks, and technical hiring processes.
