Job Description:

ProAssert is looking for an experienced Business Development or Sales Executives / Manager with proven track record.

- Cold Calling potential clients in USA ,Europe.
- Experience min 2 Years to 3 years into Sales / BD.
- Lead Generation Activity, Relationship Management.
- Good Communication, interpersonal Skills and a Team Player.
- Ability to multi-task, successfully manage multiple client assignments of different sizes/types.
- Candidate must be comfortable working for night shift.
- Must have valuable Social Media connections such as on LinkedIn.
- Key Accounts Management,



Contractual Evaluation & Negotiation.
- Interpersonal, Leadership, Analytical Thinking Skills. Must be a good team player.
- Hands on experience in all elements of the sales process from lead generation, to con-tracts negotiations and closings.
- Candidate should be able to develop new and existing customer relationships both at tactical and strategic level.
- Ability to multi-task, successfully manage multiple client assignments of different sizes/types.
- Highly motivated, flexible, ambition to succeed and demonstrated ability to works to-wards stated goals.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree and MBA is a plus.
