Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic and innovative Content Creator proficient in developing compelling social media content such as reels, stories, and brief videos. The preferred candidate will possess a strong grasp of current trends, excel in crafting straightforward videos, and demonstrate the ability to create content that resonates with audiences while aligning with the brand's message.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create ideas for reels, stories, and posts that match the brand’s style.
- Stay updated with trending topics, music, and formats on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Write short and interesting scripts or captions for videos.
- Re-purpose long videos into short, catchy social media clips.
- Shoot and edit short videos using a mobile or camera.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs (Call to Action) for posts.
- Work with the marketing team to plan and post content regularly.
- Keep track of what content performs well and suggest improvements.

Key Skills Required:

- Good understanding of social media trends and platforms.




- Basic video editing and content creation skills.
- Creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Good sense of visuals, framing, and lighting.
- Quick learner, adaptable, and energetic.

Requirements:

- Any degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media management.
- Experienced in Video/Photo Editing (CapCut & Adobe Premiere)
- Excellent Fluency in English & Tamil

Timing:

- Full Time at Office - Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salem, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
