Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle booking, reissuing, and cancellation of air tickets and hotel reservations while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ticketing Operations:
- Book, reissue, and cancel air tickets for domestic and international travel.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and fare rules.
- Customer Support:
- Address client inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel policies.
- Provide timely updates on booking status and resolve operational challenges.
- Coordination and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client communications.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers as needed.
- Problem Solving:
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and reissues efficiently.
- Ensure minimal disruption to client travel plans.





Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience in the travel industry, especially in ticketing and reservations, is preferred.
- Proficiency in GDS platforms like Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Knowledge of corporate travel policies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
