Job Title: Production Incharge
Department: Production
Reports To: Production Manager / Factory Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring garment production to achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan daily production schedules and allocate manpower.
- Monitor production output and achieve production targets.
- Coordinate with Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
- Ensure smooth production flow and minimize downtime.
- Monitor machine utilization and production efficiency.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.




- Maintain production records and reports.
- Train and guide supervisors and operators.
- Ensure adherence to safety and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Textile, Apparel, or related field.
- 5–10 years of garment manufacturing experience.
- Robust leadership and production planning skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
