This is a full time, on-site role for a Project Head overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects located in Navi Mumbai. The Project Head will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. The role involves leading project design, reviewing CAD drawings, managing resources, and maintaining stakeholder communication. Additional responsibilities include overseeing technical and operational aspects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge and proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Proven expertise in Project Management and Team Management to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and the ability to review and interpret technical drawings.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage large-scale projects within set timelines and budgets.
- Preferable experience of 10-15 years in MEP project management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills with an ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
