We are looking for a Daycare Incharge who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the daycare facility, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining high standards of child care, coordinating daily activities, communicating with parents, etc.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the daily functioning of the daycare and ensure children's safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and oversee age-appropriate activities, play sessions, and routines that support children's overall development.
- Maintain discipline, hygiene, cleanliness, and a child-friendly environment within the daycare.
- Monitor children's attendance, health, meals, nap schedules, and developmental progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's daily activities, behaviour, and well-being.
- Organize celebrations, indoor/outdoor activities, and special events for daycare children.
- Ensure all toys, equipment, and learning materials are secure, clean, and well-maintained.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
