About the Role

FIDEM IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer / Tender Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tender preparation, BOQ estimation, techno-commercial proposals, and ELV, Security, Networking, and BMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates for tenders and projects.
- Analyze tender/RFP documents and understand technical specifications.
- Match OEM products with tender requirements and prepare compliance statements.
- Coordinate with OEMs and distributors to obtain quotations and technical documents.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, pricing sheets, and bid documentation.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams and vendors for successful bid submissions.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.
- Maintain tender documentation and bid records.

Required Technical Knowledge

Candidates should have good knowledge of:

- Fire Alarm Systems
- CCTV & Video Surveillance
- Access Control Systems
- Physical Security Systems
- Building Management System (BMS)
- Audio Video (AV) Systems
- Networking (LAN/WAN, Switches,



Routers, Wireless & Structured Cabling)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
