Role Summary

Vinove Software & Services is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of recruitment experience across both IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have expertise in end to-end recruitment, sourcing through multiple channels, candidate assessment, and delivering quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and networking channels.
- Screen and assess candidates based on technical, functional, and behavioral competencies.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping for niche and critical positions.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases with accurate information.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition handling both IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in IT Services, Software Development, or Technology-driven organizations.
- Exposure to hiring across junior, mid-level, and leadership positions.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
