Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Interior Site Engineer with minimum 3 years experience to oversee and manage in office interior works from start to finish for our site in BSK 2nd Stage, Banashankari, Bengaluru.

Should be able to handle residential interior projects at site. Should be able to do project Scheduling/ Handle material purchase/ Manage labour at site/ Prepare bill of quantities/ Co-ordinate with client, consultants and designer.We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer - Civil to oversee and manage on-site construction activities for our diverse projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor construction progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain quality control.
- Interpret and implement drawings, blueprints, and technical designs at the site.
- Manage labor, subcontractors, and materials to optimize resource utilization.




- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress and site activities.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to the site.
- Verify and maintain accurate documentation, including material usage and work logs.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: B.E. / M.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 3+ years of site experience in handling RCC/ Civil works.
- Sound knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Thorough understanding of safety standards and procedures.
- Willingness to travel to project locations across Tamil Nadu.
