About AMPL Solar

AMPL Solar is a leading Solar EPC company specializing in residential rooftop solar solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Recovery Executive who can ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers while maintaining solid customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers for pending payments through calls and field visits.
- Coordinate with customers before and after project installation for payment collection.
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues as per company policy.
- Maintain daily follow-up records and recovery MIS.
- Coordinate with Sales, Installation, and Accounts teams for payment-related issues.
- Resolve customer payment concerns professionally.
- Visit customer locations whenever required for payment collection.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the recovery process.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Recovery, Collections, Customer Support, or Accounts Receivable.




- Experience in Solar EPC, Construction, Electrical, Home Improvement, or Consumer Durable industry will be preferred.
- Freshers are not preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing ability.
- Good customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work under targets.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
