Job Title: Branch Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our MANJERI ,KOCHI branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, managing branch performance, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional student experience while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficient and seamless functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the counselling and admissions team to achieve individual and branch targets.
- Drive student admissions and consistently achieve monthly revenue and enrollment goals.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Address student and parent concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and outreach programs to increase brand visibility and student engagement.
- Prepare and maintain branch reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and coordinate with the Head Office for operational and business updates.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, student counselling, branch operations, or team management.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve business targets.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
