Job Purpose
Ensure adherence to policies, processes, and procedures to maintain portfolio quality and minimize risk. Analyze proposals, monitor vendors, and ensure timely credit decisions without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management
Control early delinquency and mortality.
Maintain minimal NPA percentage.
Ensure CAM renewals are under control.
TAT Management
Ensure credit TAT within benchmarks.
Monitor CPA TAT adherence.
Monitoring of Vendor Performance
Appoint vendors as per business needs.
Ensure quality and timely vendor reports.
Adherence to Credit Policy and Processes
Ensure no deviations from policies or guidelines.
Provide ground-level feedback for improvements.
MIS Analysis
Monitor individual productivity and portfolio quality.
Handle vendor management and process improvements.
Compliance, Audit, and CRU Requirements
Review audit and compliance queries within TAT.
Provide local MIS responses promptly.
Education:
Chartered Accountant or MBA from a reputed institute.
Certifications:
