Designation: Customer Support & Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities:

· Convert incoming order request via email / chat / phone

· Assist customers in navigating our products/services, troubleshooting issues, and providing

Solutions to their problems.

· Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming for

first-contact conversion.

Preferred candidate profile

·Exp 1+ years in sales.

·US calling experience min of 6 months

· Must be ok with US shift hours

·Excellent spoken & writing communication

·Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
