Role Objective

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of multiple business units. The Role involves basic accounting and field-based operational auditing (Inventory/Cash verification at outlets).

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Bookkeeping & System Management

- Maintain daily financial records by entering data from outlet daybooks into Tally Prime & Odoo
- Ensure all vouchers (Payment, Receipt, Journal) are accurately recorded and filed.
- Manage data synchronization between Odoo (ERP), and Tally Prime to ensure no sales data is missing.

2. Inventory & Operational Audit (Field Work)

- Conduct regular physical verification of stock and fixed assets at various outlet locations.
- Perform Stock Audits to compare physical inventory against system records in Tally/Odoo/Petpooja.
- Investigate and manage revenue leakage by auditing invoicing and job cards.

3. Weekly Reconciliations

- Perform weekly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Reconcile sales settlements from e-Com Sellers and Credit Cards against POS reports and bank credits.
- Identify and report any shortfalls or gaps in the collection process.

4. Statutory Compliance

- Prepare data for monthly GST filings (GSTR-1 & 3B).
- Calculate and process monthly TDS payments and assist in TDS return filings.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and MIS reports for management.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: B.Com graduate; candidates who have cleared CA-IPCC/Inter are highly preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in accounting or auditing (Articleship experience is counted).
- Software: Solid proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel. Knowledge of Odoo, Zoho Books, or Petpooja is a major advantage.
- Competencies: High attention to detail, ability to identify financial discrepancies, and strong integrity.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
