Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B collections supporting U.S.-based clients
- Proven success managing collections for U.S.



businesses with a strong understanding of U.S. billing and invoicing practices
- Robust verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with brokers and external partners via phone and email
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

- Transcribe, create, and send customer invoices accurately and promptly
- Communicate with brokers via phone and email to ensure correct payment setup
- Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate timely collections with brokers
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, collections, and payment history
- Ensure compliance with documented financial processes and company standards.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
