- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of service staff during each shift.
- Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Explain the menu, recommend dishes, and assist guests in selecting food items.
- Take and monitor customer orders to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure food is served fresh and as per customer requirements.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area presentation.
- Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Train, guide, and motivate stewards and service staff on customer service and operational procedures.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance during the shift.
- Assist in managing reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements.




- Verify billing accuracy before presenting bills to guests.
- Coordinate with the cashier for smooth billing and payment processes.
- Monitor stock levels of service items such as cutlery, crockery, tissues, and condiments.
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns to the Restaurant Manager.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily specials and operational updates.
- Ensure opening and closing checklists are completed accurately.
- Support promotional activities and suggest ways to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
