Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of products used by 50K+ active users, ensuring scalability, reliability, and exceptional user experience.
- Drive architecture and technical decisions across web and mobile applications built with modern technologies.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of critical features– product discussions and technical design to deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best engineering practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Leadership teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
- Establish engineering standards, improve development workflows, and champion code quality across the team.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks while ensuring applications remain secure, maintainable, and scalable.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies,



AI-powered development tools, and automation to improve engineering productivity.

Requirements:

- Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend architecture.
- Solid experience with Next.js and responsive, high-performance web application development.
- Experience working with React Native or other cross-platform mobile technologies is a robust advantage.
- Good understanding of backend technologies, APIs, authentication, databases, and cloud platforms (Firebase preferred).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, performance optimization, testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable systems and making architectural decisions.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenAI APIs, etc.) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance team productivity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with end-to-end ownership.
